Aminta’s fun, playful, American spirit is shown in her teaching style, so get ready to move the body and have a few giggles along the way! She is honoured to be able to teach her students how to find peace within themselves and muscles where they didn’t know they had them!
What she enjoys most about yoga is that there is no “end” or perfect pose. The students who can do a headstand has just as much to learn as the student who can’t touch their toes, which is why Aminta tries to bring an attitude of self-discovery, challenge, fun and consciousness to every class.
Lottie teaches a few styles of yoga with us at wedoyoga from warm gentle through to flow Bootcamp. Lottie is also a PT so likes to add a few little challenges here and there, but has a super chilled approach to connecting body and breath.
She studied her yoga 200Hr course in Bali after finding a true love for yoga during her spinal pain and stressful work life in London. When Lottie’s not on her mat she’s adventuring around with her dog finding new places to explore!
Roselle started yoga because of the mental health benefits. She found the practice at a very difficult point in my life and she credit yoga with a crucial role in my healing.
Her focus is always on alignment and enjoyment. She love the challenge of unlocking poses through good alignment and seeing students have that “aha!” moment, without getting caught up in biological phrases. She is also a big believer in doing what is right for your body and not getting caught up in trying to push yourself into poses beyond your reach. Yoga is for healing not hurting!
Yoga Teacher + Reiki Practitioner
If there was one thing that Hana could shout through a megaphone from the rooftops it would be: "YOGA IS NOT ABOUT BEING PERFECT". She is very passionate about focusing on how a pose feels and the purpose behind it, rather than how it looks, and encourages her students to embrace their own practice and go at their own pace. Hana's classes, which she holds in the Watford area, are often hailed as a "safe space" by her students.
She offers up a non-judgmental and non-competitive space that allows people to really explore what yoga means for them. Hana is particularly interested in yoga philosophy, and there is always a theme woven throughout her sequences. She is a true believer that anyone and everyone can do yoga - whether or not they can touch their toes. Hana stumbled upon yoga after struggling with anxiety, and found that it was the only thing she could do where it quietened her mind. As well as teaching Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Flow classes throughout the week, she also offers one on one lessons and is a fully qualified reiki practitioner. When she's not on the mat, Hana tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible and is rarely without her trusty sidekick Max the dog.
Yoga came to Freddie at a time where her body was very far from connected to her mind. She was spiralling to become very unwell and had a real “awakening” that what she needed most was to pause, reassess what made her happy, and learn to appreciate her body. For Freddie the last is a huge part of yoga that is often overlooked. Not only can we be amazed by what the body can do on a physical level though ‘asana’, but too, recognising the relationship you may have on a psychological level with yourself… what do you tell yourself?
She believes in our bodies, our minds lie – so her goal is to get your bodies moving and processing life’s ups and downs. She wants to normalise anxiety and give the tool of yoga, breath, meditation, movement, when there is a personal struggle. Open up the conversation and open up to connecting with others. Give it a go!

Lucy began her movement journey at a young age, in weekly ballet, tap and modern dance classes in Bedfordshire. This soon turned into a love of contemporary dance, where she went on to train and receive a BA (hons) in Dance from the University of Lincoln. Here she was first exposed to yoga through her dance tutors, where it was used for strength and flexibility training. Post-university, she worked freelance performing and teaching dance, in and around London and the home counties to children and young adults.
In London, Lucy fell into marketing, but yoga still provided a calm oasis from the stresses of city life and a platform to continue to explore movement and remain curious. Completing her Yoga teacher training at The Refinery in Hackney in 2018, Lucy has taught across London, and now lives back in Bedfordshire, teaching in Beds, Herts, London and at festivals and events. She has gone on to train in Yin, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy, Kids Yoga and Philosophy, and is passionate about delivering the healing power yoga, dance and movement to all ages.

Hannah first started yoga for flexibility and strength. She wasn’t very flexible, and wanted to touch her toes. She soon discovered yoga was the perfect partner to a busy lifestyle, as she was able to destress and find calm like never before.
Motivated to help other “non-natural” yogis to discover the benefits of yoga, Hannah made the step to become a yoga teacher in 2021. She trained in hatha yoga and now enjoys helping people use meditation, movement and breathwork to feel happier and healthier.
Hannah’s style is relaxed and informal, with a focus on self-discovery. Her goal is to guide you to explore the benefits of yoga for yourself, whether that’s building flexibility and strength, moving outside of your comfort zone, or to find a little focus and slow down using your breath. Whatever brings you to yoga, she hopes to play a small part in your journey.

Lydia has been teaching dance and fitness for over a decade now.
She runs her own dance school 'Beat Republic Academy of Dance' as a base with her aim being a studio that makes Dance/Fitness accessible to all areas of the community.
As part of this she recently put together and runs a Primary Dance CPD Programme for school teachers with the aim of bringing Dance into schools and equipping staff with the knowledge and resources to deliver it.
Over lockdown she developed her very own toning and conditioning programme for dancers - initially to help her students stay on form strength wise - which she labelled BeatFit®️ - and has gone onto run adult fitness BeatFit®️ classes. You will find these exercises incorporated into her Barre Fusion classes at WeDoYoga.
Lydia's style can be described as high energy, fun and vibrant. Her aim is for everyone who participates in her classes to emerge fresh and re-energised from their workout and above all, to have an awesome time!
Amy's classes focus on bringing our yoga practice back to basics - nothing over complicated, just simplified sequences which allow us to slow down, ground ourselves in our postures and focus on the breath in order to create some space not only in our bodies and our minds but also to create some space for ourselves to be truly present in the here and now.
Amy's classes are Vinyasa Flow inspired and will start with some gentle restorative stretches, some slow flows moving with the breath and then end with a calming relaxation session.
Amy completed 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2018 with YogaLondon and continues to deepen her knowledge through continued study, her own practice and through the students she teaches (either online or in person!)
