Aminta Gagnon
Yoga Teacher
Aminta’s fun, playful, American spirit is shown in her teaching style, so get ready to move the body and have a few giggles along the way! She is honoured to be able to teach her students how to find peace within themselves and muscles where they didn’t know they had them!
What she enjoys most about yoga is that there is no “end” or perfect pose. The students who can do a headstand has just as much to learn as the student who can’t touch their toes, which is why Aminta tries to bring an attitude of self-discovery, challenge, fun and consciousness to every class.

Lottie Heminsley
Yoga Teacher
Lottie teaches a few styles of yoga with us at wedoyoga from warm gentle through to flow Bootcamp. Lottie is also a PT so likes to add a few little challenges here and there, but has a super chilled approach to connecting body and breath.
She studied her yoga 200Hr course in Bali after finding a true love for yoga during her spinal pain and stressful work life in London. When Lottie’s not on her mat she’s adventuring around with her dog finding new places to explore!

Roselle Hirst
Yoga Teacher
Roselle started yoga because of the mental health benefits. She found the practice at a very difficult point in my life and she credit yoga with a crucial role in my healing.
Her focus is always on alignment and enjoyment. She love the challenge of unlocking poses through good alignment and seeing students have that “aha!” moment, without getting caught up in biological phrases. She is also a big believer in doing what is right for your body and not getting caught up in trying to push yourself into poses beyond your reach. Yoga is for healing not hurting!

Hana Carter
Yoga Teacher + Reiki Practitioner
If there was one thing that Hana could shout through a megaphone from the rooftops it would be: "YOGA IS NOT ABOUT BEING PERFECT". She is very passionate about focusing on how a pose feels and the purpose behind it, rather than how it looks, and encourages her students to embrace their own practice and go at their own pace. Hana's classes, which she holds in the Watford area, are often hailed as a "safe space" by her students.
She offers up a non-judgmental and non-competitive space that allows people to really explore what yoga means for them. Hana is particularly interested in yoga philosophy, and there is always a theme woven throughout her sequences. She is a true believer that anyone and everyone can do yoga - whether or not they can touch their toes. Hana stumbled upon yoga after struggling with anxiety, and found that it was the only thing she could do where it quietened her mind. As well as teaching Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Flow classes throughout the week, she also offers one on one lessons and is a fully qualified reiki practitioner. When she's not on the mat, Hana tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible and is rarely without her trusty sidekick Max the dog.

Freddie Jenkins
Yoga Teacher
Yoga came to Freddie at a time where her body was very far from connected to her mind. She was spiralling to become very unwell and had a real “awakening” that what she needed most was to pause, reassess what made her happy, and learn to appreciate her body. For Freddie the last is a huge part of yoga that is often overlooked. Not only can we be amazed by what the body can do on a physical level though ‘asana’, but too, recognising the relationship you may have on a psychological level with yourself… what do you tell yourself?
She believes in our bodies, our minds lie – so her goal is to get your bodies moving and processing life’s ups and downs. She wants to normalise anxiety and give the tool of yoga, breath, meditation, movement, when there is a personal struggle. Open up the conversation and open up to connecting with others. Give it a go!
