Aminta Gagnon
Yoga Teacher
Aminta’s fun, playful, American spirit is shown in her teaching style, so get ready to move the body and have a few giggles along the way! She is honoured to be able to teach her students how to find peace within themselves and muscles where they didn’t know they had them!
What she enjoys most about yoga is that there is no “end” or perfect pose. The students who can do a headstand has just as much to learn as the student who can’t touch their toes, which is why Aminta tries to bring an attitude of self-discovery, challenge, fun and consciousness to every class.

Roselle Hirst
Yoga Teacher
Roselle started yoga because of the mental health benefits. She found the practice at a very difficult point in my life and she credit yoga with a crucial role in my healing.
Her focus is always on alignment and enjoyment. She love the challenge of unlocking poses through good alignment and seeing students have that “aha!” moment, without getting caught up in biological phrases. She is also a big believer in doing what is right for your body and not getting caught up in trying to push yourself into poses beyond your reach. Yoga is for healing not hurting!

Kim Beech
Yoga Teacher
Kim’s teaching style is based on Vinyasa flow and movement mobility. She brings unique techniques that she has picked up over the years from her heritage and other cultural practices from Southeast Asia and inspiration from her favourite teachers.
Her classes are always challenging both physically and mentally. Practicing Yoga helps you feel alive and reminds us of our childhood, playing on our hands and feet. When falling was part of the game and the fun.

Dance influences Lucy’s style of movement by weaving in this inspiration into her Yoga sequences, ensuring students get a chance to explore and delve deeper into understanding their bodies, through connection, breath and feeling. Since her initial 200hrs training in Vinyasa, she has gone on to study Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Kids, Reiki, Anatomy and bodywork. Expect glimpses of these influences within her classes which creates a rounded experience for her students.

Freddie Jenkins
Yoga Teacher
Yoga came to Freddie at a time where her body was very far from connected to her mind. She was spiralling to become very unwell and had a real “awakening” that what she needed most was to pause, reassess what made her happy, and learn to appreciate her body. For Freddie the last is a huge part of yoga that is often overlooked. Not only can we be amazed by what the body can do on a physical level though ‘asana’, but too, recognising the relationship you may have on a psychological level with yourself… what do you tell yourself?
She believes in our bodies, our minds lie – so her goal is to get your bodies moving and processing life’s ups and downs. She wants to normalise anxiety and give the tool of yoga, breath, meditation, movement, when there is a personal struggle. Open up the conversation and open up to connecting with others. Give it a go!

Kat Basquill
Yoga + Meditation Teacher
Kat took up yoga practice whilst suffering with depression in her early 20s, and found it made her feel profoundly 'different'. I sparkled. Yoga, spiritual practice and movement practice always amaze me by their capacity to heal, soothe & inspire.
In 2015 she went to Bali to train in Ashtanga Vinyasa, rescued a kitten, wrote a few bad songs, and felt renewed..
Fast forward five years, she have over 500 hours training in Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin & Forrest. You can find her teaching around SE London, sometimes dragging my handpan onto crowded trains. She have spent time teaching in India & hosting international retreats.
She is a Reiki Level II Practitioner and Bodyworker, and nowadays frequently stand on her own head.

Susan English
Yoga Teacher
Susan first found yoga when she was 16 years old and would accompany her Mum to her classes. She loved the peace and healing she felt after these sessions. Susan then rediscovered yoga later in life after suffering from very bad anxiety. She loved the way yoga allowed her to be completely present in the moment and how she could work with the breath, mind and soul as well as the physical body. No other form of movement gave her this. Yoga was such a great 'all rounder' for the whole human being. She has practiced and taught a range of yoga styles from the dynamic vinyasa to the healing restorative.
Her classes now mix creative movement and flow with held postures and finish with yin and guided meditation. Teaching in this way allows students to find freedom in their mind and body through the creative movement and flow elements as well as finding balance in the mind and body through the held postures. Incorporating yin and guided meditation allows students to find stillness, healing and peace. She love sharing my practice with others and look forward to meeting you!
