When will the WEDOYOGA Festival take place?

Our festival will take place on 13th August 2022.

 

 

What do I need for registration?
 

A photo ID and PDF ticket, printed or digital, will be required for check-in.
 

What do I need to bring?
 

• Bring your photo ID and PDF ticket, printed or digital, to check-in upon arrival. 

• The essentials: yoga mat and running/walking shoes.

• Bring your plastic and your paper currency because our vendors will accept both cards and cash. You will want to bring enough for local eats, Wanderlust merchandise, and anything else that strikes your fancy.

• We want you to enjoy the sun, but stay safe in it, too. Since you’ll be outdoors, don’t forget your sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, and reusable water bottle.

• Layers: We want you to be comfortable no matter what the weather brings, so come prepared with layers that you can add or subtract depending on the temperature. Bring your hoodie or a light jacket — and a rain jacket just in case! The event will go on rain or shine. If there is lightning we’ll pause until we have been in the clear for 30 minutes.

• Your special yoga mat if you have one

• A blanket for gentle yin classes in the evening

• A water bottle – bring your re-usable bottle to the festival as we are trying to be 100% disposable plastic bottles free.

• Sport clothes to change throughout the day if required – some classes are HOT!

 

 

When will the schedule of classes and talks be released! 
 

We will be making festival announcements throughout June and July, please note our line-up may change.

 

 

Can I come to the WEDOYOGA Festival if I'm under 16 years old?

Most definitely, although we ask that anyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by adults and cannot partake in any workouts. 

 

Can I bring my own Food/Drink?

WEDOYOGA Festival will attract some of the best food and drink vendors from across Hertfordshire, there will be plenty of meals available to purchase on-site. Therefore, you will not able to bring food and drink to the festival with you.

Will there be showers and changing rooms?

There will be no showers at the festival, however, there will be changing rooms.

Will there be a bag drop?

 

There will not be a bag drop area, please make sure you look after any items that you bring into the festival, it's your responsibility; the organisers and venue management team cannot take responsibility for loss or theft. 

 

 

What happens if it rains?

Our festival will continue come rain or shine! We will have two marquees and some indoor shelter.

Can I buy tickets on the day?
 

Yes, you can provide the event is not sold out. 

 

Are tickets refundable?
 

Tickets are not refundable but all tickets are transferable. To transfer your ticket to another person, please contact hello@wedoyoga.co.uk.

 

WEDOYOGA employs a strict no refund policy for any other reason other than the full cancellation of the event by WEDOYOGA. This includes if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Refund Policy
 

Refunds are not permitted for any and all purchases under any grounds including cancellations for medical reasons. You’re not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.

COVID Information

How safe is the WEDOYOGA event?
 

WEDOYOGA has been designed from the ground up to be a safe and fun event. Though, as an open-air, outdoor event, we have taken a number of additional steps to ensure our event is up to the health and safety requirements. 

 

What if COVID restrictions change?
 

Our festival will take place after the government implements the removal of all social restrictions. We are constantly monitoring government guidelines and should the lockdown timeline change or alter, we will put in place a covid-safety plan to keep you safe.

 

 

Customer Cancellation

Should you have to cancel your place due to becoming ill, have to self isolate or cannot attend for any reason whatsoever, you will have your fee paid credited for to use towards any WEDOYOGA experience or event in the future with no time restrictions. 

 

 

Festival Cancellation

Will there be photography/filming?

Yes. All official photographers and film crew will have identification on the day.

Public photography and video filming 

We're sure you will understand that we wish to protect the integrity of the festival and exhibitors. If you're going to take pictures or film with a video camera or a mobile phone camera you need to follow some common-sense rules.

​

In essence, you are free to record your own visit to the festival for your own personal home use. You will not be able to sell any photos or moving images of the festival for commercial or another gain. Please respect the privacy of other festival attendees who may not want to be filmed. Please don't bring any professional equipment with you and please be aware of health and safety issues.
